About Us

Frank Alpan is a licensed residential contractor in Louisiana, and is on the board of directors for the Capital Region Builders Association. He and his wife Madeline formed Alpan Developments, LLC in 2003 in Baton Rouge, La., and have many years experience in the industry, both locally and abroad. Frank is originally from Melbourne, Australia.

Madeline is a Certified Interior Decorator, CID, who is passionate about the designs and unique details that go into every Alpan Developments home. She manages the "finishing" selections of the construction process which include flooring, lighting and hardware, to ensure that all of the materials work well together.

Alpan Developments, LLC has participated in many Parade of Homes which have showcased the unique quality and designs available to all prospective homeowners. Frank also served as the 2009 and 2010 chairman for the CRBA Parade of Homes, which allowed him to display his talents as both a builder and project manager.

Frank and Madeline Alpan continue to grow their business based upon the principles of quality, integrity and design, which is evident in each Alpan Developments home.
